WHY Plastic Wrought Iron Fence?
Plastic Body
Its raw material is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE). UV added raw
material is used to increase resistance against the sun’s rays. PE is used
in many areas in life. Polyethylene has a lifetime of at least 50 years.
Aluminum Foot
An aluminum produced using extrusion. As for the underneath of the
foot, an aluminum base produced using injection is used. Its design is
suitable for the use of a cassette system.The aluminum is resistant to
corrosion. A specially designed plastic cap is fitted to its upper part.
Steel Foot
Manufactured from steel box profile. Flanges specially cut from steel
sheets are welded to the foot. They are galvanized in order to avoid
corrosion of the profiles. It is painted with electrostatic powder paint.

Plastic Title
Its raw material is HDPE. Separate aluminum and steel plastic caps have
been designed. Aesthetically it has a very stylish design.
Modular System
It is very important that plastic modules are brought together in the
factory and made ready for assembly.This way products
are collected in a more uniform way. The Modular System reduces the
assembly time. It comes in two lengths; 1 meter and 1.5 meters.
Excellent Durability
Produced in a way so as to prevent breakages in hot and cold temperatures.
It can be used problem-free between -70 °C and +70 °C. UV
added high-density polyethylene raw material is used.
