Who are we?
We are an architecture firm. We carry our architectural activities beyond an architectural design in the traditional sense and offer architectural services together with the "Real Estate Appraisal" service.
We manage your real estate investments, produce extraordinary projects for you and build them. We provide consultancy services regarding the acquisition of citizenship of the Republic of Turkey within the scope of the relevant laws by making a solution partnership regarding the sale of real estates.
We continue our activities as a family business by Civil Engineer Gökhan DOLU and Architect Nuray DOLU, who have Real Estate Appraisal License (CMB). Our very rich and wide-ranging professional experience gained in the field of real estate valuation has turned into a knowledge that produces more productive and brighter ideas by combining the experiences of both sectors as a result of its combination with architectural activity. To make this accumulation a little more concrete, on the basis of the traditional architectural service; While providing architectural services to a land offered by the customer, we plan to get to know our customer first, evaluate a land suitable for the needs of our customer within the scope of real estate valuation expertise, and choose a land together that is suitable for the structure and lifestyle he wants. Thus, since we have the opportunity to evaluate the possibilities of the client for a lively or calm architecture, a building in touch with nature or on the main artery of the city, a building that runs horizontally or has a sloping but open view, during the plot selection stage, the architectural service is much more effective and at the same time successful in terms of real estate evaluation. It allows us to get work done. For this purpose, we evaluate the lands of our customers or the lands obtained from open sources with the same sensitivity as we make use of the lands we have and the lands offered by our solution partners. Finally, we have the opportunity to shape our project together on a land we have built and build the production within our company and present it to our customers on a turnkey basis.
Our service within this scope is not limited to the province and country. Thanks to our connections, especially in the Islamic Geography, we provide consultancy services on laws, regulations, legal situations and various rights (for example, real estate purchase and citizenship acquisition), which meet the needs of our customers in Turkey and the needs of Turks abroad for real estate purchase/construction/construction. we are giving.
