Alp screw water cooled water chiller groups are manufactured in our factory where EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System is implemented in compliance with technical data.
All kinds of pipe and cable connections of our chillers are made in our factory, their gas-oil charge tests are made and delivered as ready-to-use.

Capacities of Alp Water Cooled Chillers vary between 111.8 kW and 2.435 kW.
Refrigerant Compressor:Depending on the capacity, 1 or 2 semi-closed compact screw, semi-hermetic compact screw compressor(s) is used. Screw compressors operate for a long time without maintenance. As the number of its mobile parts is low, its maintenance is easy and affordable. Screw compressors are equipped with discharge and cutoff valve, check valve which prevents return of the fluid in discharge line, oil level switch, oil sight glass, oil separator, filter, crankcase heater, capacity control selenoids, vibration insulators, motor protection relay and PTC sensors. Required mains voltage is 3-phase, 400 V, 50 Hz.
Condenser: Manufactured as Shell & Tube type, condensers are produced by fixating special high efficiency copper pipes to steel mirror holes with a special process. Condensers are manufactured in compliance with EN 14276-1 and EN 13445 standards.
Evaporator: Manufactured as Shell & Tube type, the direct expansion evaporatorsare produced by fixating special high efficiency copper pipes to steel mirror holes with a special process. The tube bundle is removable and this facilitates maintenance and cleaning. Being manufactured in accordance with EN 14276-1 and EN 13445 standards, evaporators are designed for cooling water and glycol solutions. External surface of evaporators snd compressor suctionlinesare insulated with insulating material in proper thickness.
Electrical Control Panel: It is designed in accordance with protection class IP54. It has power and control parts which ensure fully automatic and safe operation of the device. The panel is equipped with sufficient number of contactors, thermics, safety fuses and switches. Panel of the device and wiring inside the device comply with EN 60204-1 standard. Required mains voltage is 3-phase, 400 Volt, 50 Hz.
Microprocessor Control System: The microprocessor control system of the device allows digital display of temperatures of inlet and outlet water, gas pressures at suction and discharge, excessive heating temperature generated in evaporators, operating times of compressors, all malfunctions and records of past malfunctions on the screen and capacity control is easily performed. In addition, operating times of each compressor are automatically balanced and operation of the device with optimum efficiency is ensured.
Cooling Circuit Elements: It includes electronic expansion valve, drayer-filter, sight glass, safety valve, water flow control automatique,low and high pressure switches and cooling valves for automatic and safe operation of the device.
PISTON COMPRESSOR MODELS
Alp piston compressor water-cooled water chiller groups are manufactured in our factory where EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System is implemented in compliance with technical data.
Water chiller groups are delivered either ex-factory or at assembly place at operating state and they are designed to provide outlet temperature of cold water specified in the capacity table. The capacity of the compact units varies between 65.4 kW and 458.4 kW.
Refrigeration Compressor: 1 or 2 semi-closed, semi-hermetic piston compressors are used depending on capacity. All parts of compressor are easily accessed and maintained. Required mains voltage is 3-phase, 400 Volt, 50 Hz.
Condenser: Shell & Tube type condensers are manufactured by fixating the special high-efficiency copper tubes to steel mirror holes with tube expander.
Evaporator: Shell & Tube type evaporators are manufactured by fixating the special high-efficiency copper tubes to steel mirror holes with tube expander. The tube bundle is removable and this facilitates maintenance and cleaning.
Electrical Control Panel: It is equipped with sufficient number of contactors, thermics, safety fuse and switches to ensure full automatic operation of the device. Required mains voltage is 3-phase, 400 Volt, 50 Hz.

Cooling Circuit Elements: For automatic and safe operation of the device drayer, sight glass, thermostatic expansion valve, solenoid valve, low-high pressure pressurestat , water-flow control automatique, cooling valves, water and air discharge valves are installed.
